Budapest - The City Divided by the River with Name of Waltz / Budapeste – A Cidade Dividida pelo Rio com Nome de Valsa

 The river flows slowly dividing the two cities Buda and Pest gathered by chain bridges  forming one city - Budapest.
  The river is not blue as the name of the waltz, but brown, earth-colored of gypsy music.
  Land of Magyars, people from the frozen steppes of Asia who settled here. People with a sweet Nordic looking.
  City of lost civilizations in time, that built a vast monumental heritage. The Roman ruins of Acquincum, the current Obuda, the birthplace of the city, the remains of mosques of a faith conquered by the Turkish- Ottoman Empire which expanded just to these European Central lands, the Palatial splendor of the Habsburg Empire, where princes and princesses used to come to bathe in the thermal waters of the city to the contemporary of the great buildings erected by Soviet Empire.
  A vast heritage which turned in the city in the capital of a country, the country of the Magyars - Hungary.

 

  O rio corre devagar dividindo as duas cidades Buda e Peste que se uniram por pontes de correntes, formando assim uma só cidade - Budapeste.

  O rio não é azul como o nome da valsa, mas castanho, cor de terra da música cigana.

  Terra de magiares, senhores das estepes geladas da Ásia que aqui se estabeleceram e a povoaram. Povo moreno mas de doce olhar nórdico.

  Cidade de civilizações perdidas no tempo, que edificaram um vasto património monumental. As ruínas Romanas de Acquincum, a actual Óbuda onde nasceu a cidade, os vestígios de mesquitas de uma fé conquistada pelo Império Turco-Otomano que se expandiu até estas terras do centro europeu, o fausto Palaciano do Império dos Habsburgos, onde príncipes e princesas se vinham banhar nas muitas águas termais da cidade até à contemporaneidade dos grandes edifícios erigidos pelo Império Soviético.

  Todo um vasto património que a transformaram na capital de um país, o país dos magiares – Hungria.
